If you’re like me and love pumpkin flavored things, you have to try this. Pumpkin pie “nice cream”. So good. Tastes just like pumpkin pie.
Here’s the recipe:
3 bananas, frozen
1/2 cup of 100% pure pumpkin purée, also frozen
3 tbs nutmeg
3 tbs ground cinnamon
2 packets of stevia in the raw (optional)
Crushed walnuts (also optional)
I recommend freezing the bananas for at least 2.5 hours to make sure that the nice cream turns out closer to the consistency of actual ice cream.
I’m thinking about using this as a filling for a frozen vegan pumpkin pie. I’m gonna test it and get back to all of you.
